The activities of transport, distribution, unpacking and floor positioning of electronic equipment and medical instruments, of art craft are carried out with the following modalities:

	recording of the services inside of the information system and creation of a waybill that anytime allows to know the state of advance of the service
	telephone contact with the Customer
	destination survey (if necessary)
	programming of the service
	execution
	confirmation of executed service
	upon request production of reports with the details of the services executed

Rosati Srl take advantage of the employment of staff purposely trained and of equipments to satisfy the necessities of every kind of service:

	2 or more people crew
	side hydraulic freight elevator
	pneumatic suspensions
	multiple systems of anchorage of the equipment
	use of crane and stair-robot, if necessary
	positioning and unpacking
	installation and customer training (if demanded)
	withdrawal of packs and proper disposal
	withdrawal of the used (reverse logistics)
